The Anointed One God [is] with us fellowship

Ah Consistency and Integrity :-)

Well I hope to one day have those two as my mainstay!

Any ways just wanted to send a note to everyone whomever you are who is reading this as a passer by and cleanup any stray messages left in the comments.

Knowing where terms come from to me is very important. Let us take the word "Armageddon" as and example. It is well know that "Armageddon" is the term we use atleast in english in the US as a synonym for a "World Ending Event".

Let's look at the Etymology of it shall we? (Etymology is a word for saying that we're going to find out how it came to be and it's history)

That is a good place to start. Comments and questions. Love 'em

Grace like ...

rain? I sat for a moment listening to this song - Grace Like Rain by Todd Agnew. I closed my eyes and felt it pouring down on me.

Todd Agnew - Grace Like Rain

Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now I'm found
Was blind but now I see so clearly

Hallelujah, grace like rain falls down on me
Hallelujah, all my stains are washed away, washed away

'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear
And grace my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed

Chorus

When we've been there ten thousand years
Bright shining as the sun
We've no less days to sing Your praise
Than when we first begun

Chorus

Chorus

When the spirit of the lord is upon me i feel like there is a deep well of energy inside of me. There are so many descriptions of God touching the heart, of Jesus healing us. The true healing is not just the body, though it happens and it's the most noticable happening that we can see through our "Metal Mirrors" (1 cor 13:12 but read all of 13 it's GREAT!), it's in you. Everything you are mind body soul and strength. That is why i call myself a christian, because i couldn't feel this feeling without Jesus.

I like to call it "Servant to the Most High God in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ in the order of Melchedzidek the King of Salem(Peace)." it's long, but it feels right.

Next is Armor...

Progress of the Pilgrim

Howdy folks,

I've been reading the most interesting book. "Progess of the Pilgrim..." by John Bunyan. It is available to read online at the Gutenberg Project, or you can look it up on Wikipedia. By the way those are two great resources of information. The Gutenberg Project, you can read more about on thier site, publishes "Public Domain" media on the web. Wikipedia is great because it's a community of people who write articles on all sorts of stuff, take a look at thier site too, that is more informative than your normal encyclopedia. I always encourage you to check other resources! Especially to get all points of view, especially the ones you don't agree with. The lord has shown me that if you can't see as many points of view as you can you are liable to get stuck with narrow thinking.

Or more to the point

Matthew 10:16 (and ofcourse please read all of Matthew 10, i promise you will be blown away)

I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves

I will post soon because i want to talk about being fully equipped, and my duty as a servant to talk about the full armor of god, and why i write here.

Thanks again,
Till then May the Lord bless us All!
Scott

"Am I my Brothers Keeper" ?

In an interesting turn of events. During a recent bible study. We searched to the Bible to find all the references for "my Brothers Keeper".

I think this study is worth while, and encourage all the readers to search it out.

All things are possible...

'All things are possible'–but not all things are beneficial. 'All things are possible'–but I will not be mastered by anything. - 1 corinthians 6:12

So begins 1 Corinthians - Pauls first letter to the Corinthians.

Which contains the teachings about True Love, Gods' Love

I would like to take that statement out of it's context in 1 corinthians 6, because it is a true statement that stands by itself. It is in a wonderful context, and we should also read it for what it says. We must be careful when pulling anything out of context, but here i am doing it.

All things are possible

I was reading today an article on CNet by a senior editor Molly Wood. She was talking about RFID - (Radio Frequency Identification) - This is a new tagging system for Nouns; People, Places, and Things. She gives a great overview of what they are.

Stay awake brothers and sisters.

Why read the word of god?

The path is not known..but it is written.
Know ye not that your heart is divided and a guide is needed.

I do not always follow the guide, but am always lifted when i hear him.

Praise be to the name of the lord

Proverbs 14
1 The wise woman builds her house,
but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down.

2 He whose walk is upright fears the LORD ,
but he whose ways are devious despises him.

3 A fool's talk brings a rod to his back,
but the lips of the wise protect them.

4 Where there are no oxen, the manger is empty,
but from the strength of an ox comes an abundant harvest.

5 A truthful witness does not deceive,
but a false witness pours out lies.

6 The mocker seeks wisdom and finds none,
but knowledge comes easily to the discerning.

7 Stay away from a foolish man,
for you will not find knowledge on his lips.

8 The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways,
but the folly of fools is deception.

9 Fools mock at making amends for sin,
but goodwill is found among the upright.

10 Each heart knows its own bitterness,
and no one else can share its joy.

11 The house of the wicked will be destroyed,
but the tent of the upright will flourish.

12 There is a way that seems right to a man,
but in the end it leads to death.

13 Even in laughter the heart may ache,
and joy may end in grief.

14 The faithless will be fully repaid for their ways,
and the good man rewarded for his.

15 A simple man believes anything,
but a prudent man gives thought to his steps.

16 A wise man fears the LORD and shuns evil,
but a fool is hotheaded and reckless.

17 A quick-tempered man does foolish things,
and a crafty man is hated.

18 The simple inherit folly,
but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.

19 Evil men will bow down in the presence of the good,
and the wicked at the gates of the righteous.

20 The poor are shunned even by their neighbors,
but the rich have many friends.

21 He who despises his neighbor sins,
but blessed is he who is kind to the needy.

22 Do not those who plot evil go astray?
But those who plan what is good find [a] love and faithfulness.

23 All hard work brings a profit,
but mere talk leads only to poverty.

24 The wealth of the wise is their crown,
but the folly of fools yields folly.

25 A truthful witness saves lives,
but a false witness is deceitful.

26 He who fears the LORD has a secure fortress,
and for his children it will be a refuge.

27 The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life,
turning a man from the snares of death.

28 A large population is a king's glory,
but without subjects a prince is ruined.

29 A patient man has great understanding,
but a quick-tempered man displays folly.

30 A heart at peace gives life to the body,
but envy rots the bones.

31 He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker,
but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.

32 When calamity comes, the wicked are brought down,
but even in death the righteous have a refuge.

33 Wisdom reposes in the heart of the discerning
and even among fools she lets herself be known. [b]

34 Righteousness exalts a nation,
but sin is a disgrace to any people.

35 A king delights in a wise servant,
but a shameful servant incurs his wrath.

Mercy Seat?!!?!?!

What is the Mercy Seat?

mercy seat
n.
  1. The golden covering of the Ark of the Covenant, regarded as the resting place of God.
  2. The throne of God.

I'm going to reprint the lyrics to a couple of songs here in the beggining...i just want some food for thought.

Johnny Cash - Mercy Seat (Original by Nick Cave) -

It all began when they took me from my home
And put me on Death Row,
A crime for which I am totally innocent, you know.

I began to warm and chill
To objects and their fields,
A ragged cup, a twisted mop
The face of Jesus in my soup
Those sinister dinner deals
The meal trolley's wicked wheels
A hooked bone rising from my food
And all things either good or ungood.

And the mercy seat is waiting
And I think my head is burning
And in a way I'm yearning
To be done with all this weighing of the truth.
An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth
And anyway I told the truth
And I'm not afraid to die.

I hear stories from the chamber
Christ was born into a manger
And like some ragged stranger
He died upon the cross
Might I say it seems so fitting in its way
He was a carpenter by trade
Or at least that's what I'm told

My kill hand's tatooed E.V.I.L.
Across it's brother's fist
That filthy five!
They did nothing to challenge or resist.

In Heaven His throne is made of gold
The ark of his Testament is stowed
A throne from which I'm told
All history does unfold.
It's made of wood and wire
And my body is on fire
And God is never far away.

Into the mercy seat I climb
My head is shaved, my head is wired
And like a moth that tries
To enter the bright eye
I go shuffling out of life
Just to hide in death awhile
And anyway I never lied.

And the mercy seat is waiting
And I think my head is burning
And in a way I'm yearning
To be done with all this weighing of the truth.
An eye for an eye
And a tooth for a tooth
And anyway I told the truth
And I'm not afraid to die.

And the mercy seat is burning
And I think my head is glowing
And in a way I'm hoping
To be done with all this twisting of the truth.
An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth
And anyway there was no proof
And I'm not afraid to die.

And the mercy seat is glowing
And I think my head is smoking
And in a way I'm hoping
To be done with all these looks of disbelief.
A life for a life and a truth for a truth
And I've got nothing left to lose
And I'm not afraid to die.

And the mercy seat is smoking
And I think my head is melting
And in a way that's helping
To be done with all this twisting of the truth.
An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth
And anyway I told the truth
But I'm afraid I told a lie.

Can we consider all of ourselves on death row?
I have lied so long before until I was broken down and told the truth

Father please soften the hearts of your servants let us turn back and do good!

Can we consider that we

Here is a familiar site for Fishgamers

The story continues....

Hello and welcome Fishgamers.

We are now transitioning the fishgames.net website to here for now. I will redirect the address soon. If you have come here from the Fishgames website than welcome. I will probably be writing on this blog for awhile. Hopefully once a week.

I would like to consider Proverbs 16

Some questions I have that have been answered in this are:

1- Did the Lord Make Evil?
2- Fate (predestination) vs. Free Will
3- Who da man! IT's Jesus IT's Jesus!

So let us read Proverbs 16 and I'd love to hear the words of the fellowship!

Proverbs 16
1 To man belong the plans of the heart,
but from the LORD comes the reply of the tongue.

2 All a man's ways seem innocent to him,
but motives are weighed by the LORD .

3 Commit to the LORD whatever you do,
and your plans will succeed.

4 The LORD works out everything for his own ends-
even the wicked for a day of disaster.

5 The LORD detests all the proud of heart.
Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.

6 Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for;
through the fear of the LORD a man avoids evil.

7 When a man's ways are pleasing to the LORD ,
he makes even his enemies live at peace with him.

8 Better a little with righteousness
than much gain with injustice.

9 In his heart a man plans his course,
but the LORD determines his steps.

10 The lips of a king speak as an oracle,
and his mouth should not betray justice.

11 Honest scales and balances are from the LORD ;
all the weights in the bag are of his making.

12 Kings detest wrongdoing,
for a throne is established through righteousness.

13 Kings take pleasure in honest lips;
they value a man who speaks the truth.

14 A king's wrath is a messenger of death,
but a wise man will appease it.

15 When a king's face brightens, it means life;
his favor is like a rain cloud in spring.

16 How much better to get wisdom than gold,
to choose understanding rather than silver!

17 The highway of the upright avoids evil;
he who guards his way guards his life.

18 Pride goes before destruction,
a haughty spirit before a fall.

19 Better to be lowly in spirit and among the oppressed
than to share plunder with the proud.

20 Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers,
and blessed is he who trusts in the LORD .

21 The wise in heart are called discerning,
and pleasant words promote instruction. [1]

22 Understanding is a fountain of life to those who have it,
but folly brings punishment to fools.

23 A wise man's heart guides his mouth,
and his lips promote instruction. [2]

24 Pleasant words are a honeycomb,
sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

25 There is a way that seems right to a man,
but in the end it leads to death.

26 The laborer's appetite works for him;
his hunger drives him on.

27 A scoundrel plots evil,
and his speech is like a scorching fire.

28 A perverse man stirs up dissension,
and a gossip separates close friends.

29 A violent man entices his neighbor
and leads him down a path that is not good.

30 He who winks with his eye is plotting perversity;
he who purses his lips is bent on evil.

31 Gray hair is a crown of splendor;
it is attained by a righteous life.

32 Better a patient man than a warrior,
a man who controls his temper than one who takes a city.

33 The lot is cast into the lap,
but its every decision is from the LORD .
